Contact rateslip
We read every message that arrives here. Replies usually come the same working day, in English. Use the form, or write directly — both reach the same place.
Please do not attach documents. Describe what the page said and what Rateslip reported; that is enough to find the fault, and it keeps your supplier’s paperwork on your machine.

Every field below is needed.
What happens next
- It becomes an email to us. The form stores nothing you write. Your message reaches us as one email, and you get a short acknowledgement naming the address it reached.
- It reaches the address that fits. A misread or a data request goes to support; everything else goes to enquiries.
- We read it and reply. The reply goes to the work email you gave, usually the same working day, in English.
Four messages worth sending
A document it got wrong
The most useful message you can send. Describe what the page said and what Rateslip reported. Do not attach the document unless it is yours to share and you are happy for it to be looked at.
Your data
To get a copy of what is stored for your account, or to have it deleted, write from the address you signed in with. Deletion removes your documents and their extracted values and cannot be undone.
What to build next
Bulk upload, other document types, other trades. Tell us what would make this worth keeping open on a working day, and roughly how often you would use it.
Something is broken
Say what you did, what appeared on screen, and the time it happened. Times help, because every read is logged with the reason it failed.
Where it is run from
Rateslip is operated from Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Postal correspondence is not handled; email and this form are the only supported routes.
If your question is about what Rateslip will and will not compute, the answers are set out on the FAQ, and the reasoning behind them is on the About page.
